The existing Rocket Power torrents were missing a lot of the episodes, so this one has *every single one of them* at high quality.

They were converted from their original source using Handbrake's "Normal" preset with the CF option changed to 25 from its default of 20 to decrease the file sizes just a bit while still maintaining a high level of quality.
